I explained that my wedding was in less than 4 weeks and needed a quick turnaround. Melissa was incredibly helpful, as I sent her pictures of the stains. She was confident (though they cannot guarantee) that the cleaner could get it out. They rushed my order and picked up from/hand-delivered to my door. Christina was very thorough and detailed in explaining the process to me.
