About Laurie Smat

I had a great experience with Pinstripes! First of all it’s incredibly convenient, they pick up and drop off the dress which is so nice. Second, both my wedding and reception dress came back spotless. My dresses had a fair amount of fake tan that had gotten all over them and now it’s completely gone. I would highly recommend Pinstripes!

Pinstripes was the only bridal gown cleaning services recommended by our daughter’s bridal store Stanley Korshak and I know why. It takes experience to get the gown and veil prepared for your event. Our daughter’s wedding dress was looking fabulous after it was worked on at Pinstripes. Another pint to notice is the pride Pinstripes takes in delivering what they promised and working to satisfy the customer. There was a misunderstanding in the timing of the pickup. Pinstripes delivered the gown for free to my house to makeup for misunderstanding. . That is someone who takes pride in their business and honors its commitment to customers! Well done! Highly recommend this business!

I have been impressed with their attention to details when they picked up the dress and letting me view it once it was delivered. I love that there is a lifetime warranty concerning my dress from any stains that may appear over time.

A great experience! Isn’t second time using this company for a Wedding dress preservation. The full process was again discussed with me when the dress was picked up. Christina was friendly & professional. The dress was returned right on schedule in the sealed box. I would use again!

Other cleaners said they could not guarantee that it would come out and the charges were about the same. Pinstripes not only restored the gown to perfect but their service was awesome! I would not trust any thing of value to anyone but them!

I had a great experience with Pinstripes! My dress was picked up, assessed, and taken to cleaning for a few months before being returned better than new!

My daughter’s dress was incredibly dirty from a muddy outdoor wedding. Pinstripes picked up the dress and shoes and dropped them back off and they both look amazing! Can’t even tell there was any mud on the dress. Highly recommend!!!
