I have been impressed with their attention to details when they picked up the dress and letting me view it once it was delivered. I love that there is a lifetime warranty concerning my dress from any stains that may appear over time.

Pinstripes made it SO easy to preserve my grandmother’s wedding dress, that I was fortunate enough to wear. They come to you, get your dress, and text you to make an appointment to drop it off at your house again! Literally so easy and well worth it if you want to preserve your dress!

Loved it! They did a great job cleaning and preserving my dress. It was very trashed after the wedding and they got it back to clean, pure white again! I especially loved that they did pick up and drop off to my house. With everything that comes with planning a wedding, it was nice to have something be so simple and one less place to go.
