Pinstripes is amazing! I reached out after my bridal portraits, as some of the red roses in my bouquet (natural, not dyed) bled onto my dress. I explained that my wedding was in less than 4 weeks and needed a quick turnaround. Melissa was incredibly helpful, as I sent her pictures of the stains. She was confident (though they cannot guarantee) that the cleaner could get it out. They rushed my order and picked up from/hand-delivered to my door. Christina was very thorough and detailed in explaining the process to me. It’s very hard to trust someone with your wedding dress just a few weeks before your wedding, but it was in the best of hands! I highly recommend!!

Really great experience using pinstripes to have my wedding dress cleaned. It’s so awesome that they pick up and drop off your dress to your house to make the process super easy. I had quite a bit of mud and dirt at the bottom of my dress from a rainy day and it’s completely gone! Really happy I used pinstripes!!

We chose Pinstripes Wedding Dress Preservation to preserve my daughter's beautiful wedding gown. Pinstripes did a lovely job cleaning the dress and preserving it, showcasing it in a lovely display box. They even made a second trip to enhance the bodice where it was folded over.
