I had such a wonderful experience with Pinstripes for the cleaning and preservation of my wedding dress. I absolutely loved my wedding dress and wanted to keep it safe for the years to come. Pinstripes picked up my dress and delivered it back to my home when they were finished. Their communication and guarantee for future help if problems arise with my dress gives me peace of mind. I would recommend them to everyone!

Really great experience using pinstripes to have my wedding dress cleaned. It’s so awesome that they pick up and drop off your dress to your house to make the process super easy. I had quite a bit of mud and dirt at the bottom of my dress from a rainy day and it’s completely gone! Really happy I used pinstripes!!

Price-wise, I felt that is was very fair considering that Bill will meet you anywhere at any time to pick-up/drop-off your dress! Super nice; great customer service; would be silly not to choose them to do your dress cleaning and restoration!!

Pinstripes was the only bridal gown cleaning services recommended by our daughter’s bridal store Stanley Korshak and I know why. It takes experience to get the gown and veil prepared for your event. Our daughter’s wedding dress was looking fabulous after it was worked on at Pinstripes. Another pint to notice is the pride Pinstripes takes in delivering what they promised and working to satisfy the customer. There was a misunderstanding in the timing of the pickup. Pinstripes delivered the gown for free to my house to makeup for misunderstanding. . That is someone who takes pride in their business and honors its commitment to customers! Well done! Other cleaners said they could not guarantee that it would come out and the charges were about the same. Pinstripes not only restored the gown to perfect but their service was awesome! I would not trust any thing of value to anyone but them!
