Pinstripes was the only bridal gown cleaning services recommended by our daughter’s bridal store Stanley Korshak and I know why. It takes experience to get the gown and veil prepared for your event. Our daughter’s wedding dress was looking fabulous after it was worked on at Pinstripes. Another pint to notice is the pride Pinstripes takes in delivering what they promised and working to satisfy the customer. There was a misunderstanding in the timing of the pickup. Pinstripes delivered the gown for free to my house to makeup for misunderstanding. . That is someone who takes pride in their business and honors its commitment to customers! Well done! Highly recommend this business!

Pinstripes is amazing! I reached out after my bridal portraits, as some of the red roses in my bouquet (natural, not dyed) bled onto my dress. I explained that my wedding was in less than 4 weeks and needed a quick turnaround. Melissa was incredibly helpful, as I sent her pictures of the stains. She was confident (though they cannot guarantee) that the cleaner could get it out. They rushed my order and picked up from/hand-delivered to my door. Christina was very thorough and detailed in explaining the process to me. It’s very hard to trust someone with your wedding dress just a few weeks before your wedding, but it was in the best of hands! I highly recommend!!

We chose Pinstripes Wedding Dress Preservation to preserve my daughter's beautiful wedding gown. Pinstripes did a lovely job cleaning the dress and preserving it, showcasing it in a lovely display box. They even made a second trip to enhance the bodice where it was folded over. That was above and beyond! We highly recommend Pinstripes to preserve your gown.
