Pinstripes was the only bridal gown cleaning services recommended by our daughter’s bridal store Stanley Korshak and I know why. It takes experience to get the gown and veil prepared for your event. Our daughter’s wedding dress was looking fabulous after it was worked on at Pinstripes. Another pint to notice is the pride Pinstripes takes in delivering what they promised and working to satisfy the customer. There was a misunderstanding in the timing of the pickup. Pinstripes delivered the gown for free to my house to makeup for misunderstanding. . That is someone who takes pride in their business and honors its commitment to customers! Well done! Highly recommend this business!

Price-wise, I felt that is was very fair considering that Bill will meet you anywhere at any time to pick-up/drop-off your dress! Super nice; great customer service; would be silly not to choose them to do your dress cleaning and restoration!!

Loved it! They did a great job cleaning and preserving my dress. It was very trashed after the wedding and they got it back to clean, pure white again! I especially loved that they did pick up and drop off to my house. With everything that comes with planning a wedding, it was nice to have something be so simple and one less place to go.

Pinstripes did a lovely job cleaning the dress and preserving it, showcasing it in a lovely display box. They even made a second trip to enhance the bodice where it was folded over. Really great experience using pinstripes to have my wedding dress cleaned. It’s so awesome that they pick up and drop off your dress to your house to make the process super easy. I had quite a bit of mud and dirt at the bottom of my dress from a rainy day and it’s completely gone! Really happy I used pinstripes!!

My daughter’s dress was incredibly dirty from a muddy outdoor wedding. Pinstripes picked up the dress and shoes and dropped them back off and they both look amazing! Can’t even tell there was any mud on the dress. Highly recommend!!!
