I got married on the beach so my dress needed a little cleaning. I was very thankful that they were able to clean it and store for me. I love the final look!

Pinstripes is amazing! I reached out after my bridal portraits, as some of the red roses in my bouquet (natural, not dyed) bled onto my dress. I explained that my wedding was in less than 4 weeks and needed a quick turnaround. Melissa was incredibly helpful, as I sent her pictures of the stains. She was confident (though they cannot guarantee) that the cleaner could get it out. They rushed my order and picked up from/hand-delivered to my door. Christina was very thorough and detailed in explaining the process to me. It’s very hard to trust someone with your wedding dress just a few weeks before your wedding, but it was in the best of hands! I highly recommend!!

My daughter’s dress was incredibly dirty from a muddy outdoor wedding. Pinstripes picked up the dress and shoes and dropped them back off and they both look amazing! Can’t even tell there was any mud on the dress. Highly recommend!!!

Price-wise, I felt that is was very fair considering that Bill will meet you anywhere at any time to pick-up/drop-off your dress! Super nice; great customer service; would be silly not to choose them to do your dress cleaning and restoration!!

I have been impressed with their attention to details when they picked up the dress and letting me view it once it was delivered. I love that there is a lifetime warranty concerning my dress from any stains that may appear over time.
