I had such a wonderful experience with Pinstripes for the cleaning and preservation of my wedding dress. I absolutely loved my wedding dress and wanted to keep it safe for the years to come. Pinstripes picked up my dress and delivered it back to my home when they were finished. Their communication and guarantee for future help if problems arise with my dress gives me peace of mind. I would recommend them to everyone!

Loved it! They did a great job cleaning and preserving my dress. It was very trashed after the wedding and they got it back to clean, pure white again! I especially loved that they did pick up and drop off to my house. With everything that comes with planning a wedding, it was nice to have something be so simple and one less place to go.

My daughter’s dress was incredibly dirty from a muddy outdoor wedding. Pinstripes picked up the dress and shoes and dropped them back off and they both look amazing! Can’t even tell there was any mud on the dress. Highly recommend!!!

Pinstripes is amazing! I reached out after my bridal portraits, as some of the red roses in my bouquet (natural, not dyed) bled onto my dress. I explained that my wedding was in less than 4 weeks and needed a quick turnaround. Melissa was incredibly helpful, as I sent her pictures of the stains. She was confident (though they cannot guarantee) that the cleaner could get it out. They rushed my order and picked up from/hand-delivered to my door. Christina was very thorough and detailed in explaining the process to me. It’s very hard to trust someone with your wedding dress just a few weeks before your wedding, but it was in the best of hands! I highly recommend!!

My dress looks beautifully preserved! I love that their service is protected for life, so I never have to worry. I really appreciated the transparency of the price and timeline. The pickup and delivery made everything so simple and easy. Christina was so sweet and broke everything down so clearly. I would definitely recommend to other brides and people with fabulous dresses!

I had a great experience with Pinstripes! First of all it’s incredibly convenient, they pick up and drop off the dress which is so nice. Second, both my wedding and reception dress came back spotless. My dresses had a fair amount of fake tan that had gotten all over them and now it’s completely gone. I would highly recommend Pinstripes!

Really great experience using pinstripes to have my wedding dress cleaned. It’s so awesome that they pick up and drop off your dress to your house to make the process super easy. I had quite a bit of mud and dirt at the bottom of my dress from a rainy day and it’s completely gone! Really happy I used pinstripes!!
