Price-wise, I felt that is was very fair considering that Bill will meet you anywhere at any time to pick-up/drop-off your dress! Super nice; great customer service; would be silly not to choose them to do your dress cleaning and restoration!!

Thank you Pinstripes for making it so easy to clean and preserve my wedding gown and veil. I never even had to leave my house, which was a plus! The ladies were communicative and organized in the pickup and drop off. My gown and veil look gorgeous in their display box, I am super pleased with the outcome and process! Would highly recommend Pinstripes to any bride in the DFW area.

Loved it! They did a great job cleaning and preserving my dress. It was very trashed after the wedding and they got it back to clean, pure white again! I especially loved that they did pick up and drop off to my house. With everything that comes with planning a wedding, it was nice to have something be so simple and one less place to go.

Pinstripes is amazing! I reached out after my bridal portraits, as some of the red roses in my bouquet (natural, not dyed) bled onto my dress. I explained that my wedding was in less than 4 weeks and needed a quick turnaround. Melissa was incredibly helpful, as I sent her pictures of the stains. She was confident (though they cannot guarantee) that the cleaner could get it out. They rushed my order and picked up from/hand-delivered to my door. Christina was very thorough and detailed in explaining the process to me. It’s very hard to trust someone with your wedding dress just a few weeks before your wedding, but it was in the best of hands! I highly recommend!!

Pinstripes made it SO easy to preserve my grandmother’s wedding dress, that I was fortunate enough to wear. They come to you, get your dress, and text you to make an appointment to drop it off at your house again! Literally so easy and well worth it if you want to preserve your dress!
