  • Pinstripes is amazing! I reached out after my bridal portraits, as some of the red roses in my bouquet (natural, not dyed) bled onto my dress. I explained that my wedding was in less than 4 weeks and needed a quick turnaround. Melissa was incredibly helpful, as I sent her pictures of the stains. She was confident (though they cannot guarantee) that the cleaner could get it out. They rushed my order and picked up from/hand-delivered to my door. Christina was very thorough and detailed in explaining the process to me. It’s very hard to trust someone with your wedding dress just a few weeks before your wedding, but it was in the best of hands! I highly recommend!!

Pinstripes did a lovely job cleaning the dress and preserving it, showcasing it in a lovely display box. They even made a second trip to enhance the bodice where it was folded over. That was above and beyond! We highly recommend Pinstripes to preserve your gown.
